We are seeking an Office Services Coordinator at Omni Hotels & Resorts Corporate office to maintain smooth operations within the building. Requirements

  • Must be detail orientated
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Organized and able to work in an efficient manor
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team setting
  • Able to lift heavy boxes when necessary

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform various mail center activities, sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, pickup, etc.
  • Collect and distribute incoming mail, and process outgoing mail
  • Deliver copy paper to printer stations
  • Ensure break rooms are stocked
  • Create FedEx accounts for new associates
  • Order and maintain stock for mailroom and kitchen supplies
  • Assist in monthly and yearly board book
  • Assist engineering team by creating work order requests in synergy
  • Engineering Administrative duties
  • Birchstreet ordering
  • Assist with receptionist duties such as answering phones and assisting guests
  • Assist with various projects as needed
