Position Summary On a temporary basis, the San Diego office of Greenberg Traurig is looking for an Office Services Clerk to support reception, office services, and other administrative functions at the discretion of the office’s Office Services Manager and/or Business Director. This position, presently slated for at least one year, is responsible for performing general office tasks including internal mail delivery, arranging for UPS and messenger services, processing incoming and outgoing mail, faxing, handling large print, scan and/or copy jobs and other general administrative duties as assigned. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
