We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Office Services Assistant Temp to join the team in our Sunrise and Jupiter offices. Due to the nature of this role, this position is considered 100% on-site which means it must be consistently performed at an assigned CohnReznick office location and requires daily commute to the office location. YOUR TEAM. This position is responsible for providing a broad spectrum of support to our South Florida Offices as an Office Services Assistant in a fast paced, challenging and rewarding environment. YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external communication, using sound judgment in screening and responding to inquiries, prioritizing calls that need immediate attention, and triaging/resolving as appropriate Coordinate with the other EA staff and clients on calendar Reviews, codes, and processes vendor invoices Assists with ordering and programming building access cards Assists with ordering general office supplies, pantry supplies, toners, business cards, letterhead and as needed Participate in development and implementation of life/safety procedures Submits service tickets in building property management system Coordinates and/or schedules internal and external meetings Assists with planning, organizing, and facilitating office events Interoffice Travel Assists Office Manager with special projects Postage Machine/mail management, including picking up and dropping off mail, FedEx, and packages Inventory and Purchasing for the office supplies & more Work collaboratively to provide overflow and backup support for other team members Arrange in-house trainings, book conference rooms, coordinate attendees, and arrange meal service Provides staffing outside of normal business hours as needed for special projects, supervision of vendor work, security needs, busy season coverage, YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: 3+ years of experience in tax administrative support work, office practices and administrative procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to operate with a sense of urgency Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as work cooperatively with all levels of management and employees Open to constructive feedback and on-going self-improvement Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods of the year Professional demeanor and appearance necessary at all times In addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards.
