Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED OR 2+ years of equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and ability to learn new applications
  • This role requires the regular ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 lbs as an essential job function.
  • Ability to work onsite at 115 W. Wausau Ave., Wausau, WI.
  • Ability to work any full-time shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm CST (Central Standard Time zone) from Monday - Friday including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need

Responsibilities

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments
  • Handle and process live checks with 100%25 accuracy, including scanning and secure documentation
  • Perform accurate data entry and update tracking systems for mail and package deliveries
  • Digitize and archive important documents, ensuring accessibility and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate mail and document handling
  • Scan and digitize documents, package completed files into labeled boxes and return those boxes to designated shelving.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to data security and mailroom operations
