About The Position

Are you detail-oriented, service-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment? We’re seeking a Client Services & Print Associate who thrives on precision, operational excellence, and delivering 5-star service. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind high-volume print production, mail operations, and office support services — ensuring materials are produced accurately, equipment runs efficiently, and employees receive seamless day-to-day support.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Working knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures
  • Professional presence and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Comfortable operating computer-based systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift/move up to 40–60 lbs. (with wheeled carts as needed)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate office machinery for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with high-volume MFD/reprographics equipment preferred
  • 1+ year of related experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate advanced copy, print, and scanning equipment to fulfill high-volume requests
  • Perform finishing services including binding, cutting, padding, and lamination
  • Ensure quality control and accuracy on all print output
  • Manage both digital and hard-copy workflows
  • Perform routine maintenance (paper loading, toner replacement, minor troubleshooting)
  • Monitor and maintain supply levels for smooth daily operations
  • Support inbound/outbound mail and package processing as needed
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate delivery records
  • Replenish office supplies and assist with meeting room and pantry setups
  • Provide backup front-of-office coverage when required
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all communications
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams
  • Assist with cross-training and proactively improve workflows
