Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Basic understanding of office equipment.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver mail to the Post Office
  • Deliver envelops or packages when needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations and services
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed for all local offices.
  • Liaise with Community Coffee for facility needs
  • Schedule and coordinate office repairs, maintenance, and equipment servicing.
  • Order and maintain supply for drink machines and inventory for the supply closet.
  • Ensure common areas (break rooms, meeting rooms, supply closets) are organized and fully stocked.
  • Assist with office event planning, meeting setup, and coordination.
  • Back up to the Mail Clerk/Receptionist when they are out of the office
  • Other duties as assigned/ required.
  • Make hotel and flight reservations for Gray employees.
