About The Position

Unilux Brand We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Office Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position requires not only excellent communication skills but also a keen sense of organization and multitasking ability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for staff and management
  • Maintain and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times
