Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage office appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents and presentations as needed.
