Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable personality.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
