You will ensure our physical environment scales at the same pace as our technology.

Requirements

  • Project Management Muscle: Ability to manage multiple workstreams—from a plumbing emergency to a 200-person holiday party—without breaking a sweat.
  • Tech Literacy: Familiarity with modern workplace management tools (e.g., Envoy, Robin, Slack, Jira).
  • Discretion & Grit: High level of professionalism and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Systems Ownership: Oversee all SF office facilities, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-functioning environment that reflects our brand’s excellence.
  • Vendor Ecosystem: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with building management and premium service providers, holding partners to strict SLAs.
  • Infrastructure & Scaling: Own maintenance schedules, office upgrades, and preventative care; lead office expansions or reconfigurations as the team grows.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the SF workplace budget, including procurement, expense tracking, and identifying cost-saving operational efficiencies.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure world-class workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance (including OSHA and local SF building codes).
  • Experience Design: Execute initiatives that transform the office into a "destination," ensuring the environment is welcoming, organized, and high-energy.
  • Culture Partnership: Partner with People and Leadership teams to design and host high-impact team gatherings, offsites, and engagement activities.
  • High-Touch Amenities: Curate a premium culinary program (kitchen/catering) and common area experience with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Employee Advocacy: Serve as the primary resource for the SF team, solving workplace friction points before they arise.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Own the physical onboarding logistics for new hires to ensure a "Day 1" "wow" factor.
  • Executive Support: Coordinate high-level visitor management and executive hosting logistics.
  • Tech Integration: Partner with IT to ensure seamless AV/VC experiences in conference rooms and common spaces.
