As the Office Operations Co-op, you will assist the Facilities team in providing first-class office space and related services in an attractive and comfortable environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in given situations and successfully handle and secure confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills with particular attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and requests, handling a variety of issues such as maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, broken equipment, locks, furniture, freight elevator, and visitor and vendor needs.
  • Offer responsive administrative support by typing correspondence, managing light filing tasks, and creating and installing nameplates.
  • Handle the procurement and distribution of business cards, as well as the opening and distribution of all incoming departmental mail.
  • Manage the purchase of office supplies, office furniture, and notary seals to ensure a well-equipped and organized work environment.
