About The Position

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered support for women seeking OB-GYN, prenatal, and reproductive health services, ensuring a respectful and welcoming experience Facilitate accurate registration, insurance verification, and authorizations to minimize delays and enhance access to women’s health services Manage scheduling, medical records, co-payment collection, and daily reconciliations to promote continuity of care and financial accuracy Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the OB-GYN department to maintain efficient, seamless operations

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • 24 hours a week | Hours vary from 7am-6pm Monday through Friday
  • Ability to travel to St. Joseph's Clinic, Wauwatosa Clinic, Glenpoint and St. Francis as necessary
  • Healthcare experience
  • Customer service experience
  • EPIC experience
