Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities
- Create a seamless patient arrival experience by managing the check-in and out process with a focus on hospitality and clinical readiness.
- Lead the accuracy of patient care records by verifying demographic and insurance data to ensure every patient’s journey is documented correctly from the start.
- Support the financial health of the clinic by securing necessary insurance authorizations and managing daily co-payments and deposits with expert precision.
- Orchestrate the clinic’s daily flow by scheduling appointments and managing medical record requests to keep the healthcare team and the patients perfectly in sync.
