About The Position

We’re looking for an organized, proactive Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This role is central to maintaining daily operations, supporting staff, and fostering a productive, positive work environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in office management, administration, or operations.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Quickbooks Online
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage administrative staff, vendors, and service providers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external communications related to the office.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, recordkeeping, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain office policies and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  • Plan and execute company events and team-building initiatives.
