We are looking for a competent Front End Office Manager to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our Front End staff and Store Manager. You will be supervising Cashiers and will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from running the customer service, assisting cashiers with issues, cash drawer accountability and other varying office duties.   • Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise in the front area, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Training and development: Training new staff and providing ongoing training to ensure they are well-prepared to handle customer service responsibilities.
  • Reporting: Reporting any issues or concerns to the store management or relevant departments.
  • Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy on a daily basis
