About The Position
Office Manager, Rehab Therapy Department - 15 Hours Weekly Hattiesburg, Mississippi Mid South is hiring an Office Manager to work with our Rehab Therapy TEAM at two assisted living facilities in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. 15 hours weekly, 3 hours daily, Monday through Friday. If you have medical office experience and you are organized, able to multitask, take direction and follow through to achieve successful outcomes, we invite YOU to APPLY TODAY! Be sure to check out our video That's Why I Choose Mid South Basic Function The position provides clerical support for the Director of Rehabilitation and the Rehabilitation team at two assisted living facilities where our TEAM of therapist provide physical, occupational and speech therapy to patients. The position has regular contact with staff members, patients, and patients’ families. Requirements
- Welcoming and kind by nature
- Minimum of (1) year of clerical and computer experience required, preferably in a medical office setting
- Experience with scheduling, scanning, fielding phone calls & filing
- Organized and good with time-management
- Excellent writing skills are required for emails, memos, etc.
