About The Position

IES is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and self-motivated Office Manager to support our Monroe, Georgia division. This role is critical to ensure smooth daily office operations, accurate financial processing, document control, scheduling support, and professional customer service aligned with IES values and mission. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, preferably with experience in the construction industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Office Manager experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Construction industry experience strongly preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project, and Outlook, to support construction administration, project coordination, and day-to-day operational tracking.
  • Strong email and calendar management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment
  • Must meet company minimum driving standards
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
  • Ability to stand and walk within the office and jobsite/branch facility as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (office supplies, files, boxes)
  • Ability to bend, reach, and use hands/fingers for filing, typing, and equipment use
  • Ability to travel within branch or regional territory as required

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish/English a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, analyze, and research files, spreadsheets, flow logs, and reports
  • Track material and maintain accurate documentation
  • Process invoices, billing, and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Manage document control and maintain organized filing systems
  • Review and authorize ordering of office supplies, equipment, and furniture
  • Assign and track company property and materials
  • Evaluate and review timesheets for payroll processing
  • Provide excellent customer service in alignment with IES values and mission
  • Support scheduling as needed
  • Maintain office organization with strong attention to detail
  • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals using creativity and flexibility
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
