As our Office Manager, you will shape the heartbeat of our workplace. This role is critical to creating a welcoming, organized, and high-functioning office that supports our growing team. As we continue to scale, we need someone who can own day-to-day office operations while elevating the employee experience in meaningful, thoughtful ways. In a typical week, you might coordinate with building management, plan an in-office team event, troubleshoot a facilities issue, support onboarding logistics for a new hire, and partner with People Ops on an employee experience initiative. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy, with the opportunity to continuously improve how our office runs and how our team feels at work.
