About The Position

Responsible for or overseeing and coordinating all administrative, operational, and support functions within the office; manage daily workflow, maintain office organization, support local managers, and provide assistance across multiple departments as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and 3+ years of administrative or office management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and employees.
  • Maintain and order office supplies and coordinate facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Support leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and special projects as needed.
  • Assist new hires on their first day, in coordination with HR and IT.
  • May supervise 1-2 administrative employees, and provide workload management, and performance oversight.
