Oversee daily office operations to ensure a functional, organized, and welcoming studio environment. Manage relationships with the landlord, building management, and facilities vendors, coordinating maintenance and office needs. Coordinate shipping and receiving for studio deliveries, including international shipments and outbound shipments to remote employees. Track, manage, and distribute equipment, supplies, company swag, and other studio materials. Support studio onboarding and offboarding processes, including office access, equipment coordination, and orientation logistics. Coordinate studio events, meetings, and team activities, including planning, budgeting, and execution. Manage visitor policies and serve as the primary point of contact for studio guests. Provide administrative and executive assistance for the GM, including calendar management, scheduling, expense reporting, and ad hoc requests. Assist with purchase orders, invoices, vendor contracts, and expense processes in coordination with internal partners. Maintain office documentation, procedures, and internal resources related to studio operations. Must be onsite at our studio in Austin, TX!
