About The Position

The Office Manager shall be responsible, but not limited to, the following: Successful supervision of all office personnel, delegation of workflow in the office data entry, bank reconciliation, daily deposits, completing various reports, creating spreadsheets, and general office duties. Will need to follow verbal and written instructions, complete daily reports, use basic office equipment to process documents in Word, databases, and spreadsheet applications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Previous office experience.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency with a ten-key calculator.
  • Previous experience with data entry.
  • Ability to work well with numbers.
  • Ability to have good phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Coachable and willing to learn.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute operational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of office personnel.
  • Delegation of workflow in the data office entry, bank reconciliation, daily deposits, completing various reports, creating spreadsheets.
  • General office duties.
  • Month-End/Year-End Close: Perform monthly closing procedures, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Office Administration: Oversee office operations, which may include vendor management, IT coordination, supplies, and facility management.
  • Audit Support: Act as the primary contact for auditors, assisting with annual financial audits.
  • System Configuration: Implementing and maintaining SAP FI/CO modules, ensuring integration with other SAP modules like SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management)
  • All other duties as assigned.
