For more information, visit www.aerovect.com. AeroVect is hiring an Office Manager to support our Atlanta operation. This in-person role ensures smooth daily operations across scheduling, compliance, inventory, onboarding, and general administrative support. You will be the central coordinator for our GSE operator workforce and internal teams, maintaining order, accuracy, and consistency in a fast-moving environment. We’re looking for someone organized, action-oriented, and dependable—someone who brings structure, stays ahead of details, and keeps the operation running efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in office management, administrative coordination, or operational support
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and action-driven
  • Excellent communication and documentation ability
  • Ability to pass federal background checks and maintain airport badging
  • Comfortable working onsite near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aviation, logistics, transportation, or other compliance-focused environments
  • Familiarity with shift scheduling or inventory/asset management tools
  • Interest in aviation or autonomous systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly shift schedules for GSE operators
  • Coordinate reservation and usage of vehicles, equipment, and shared assets
  • Support calendar management and internal meeting logistics
  • Oversee office supplies, PPE ordering, vendor coordination, and package receipt
  • Order snacks, meals, and recurring consumables
  • Maintain organized documentation and administrative processes
  • Lead DOA and CBP badging processes for new hires and renewals
  • Maintain accurate credentialing records and ensure full compliance
  • Serve as the main contact for airport access requirements
  • Track PPE, laptops, equipment, vehicle keys, and other assets
  • Maintain issuance and return logs with clear accountability
  • Manage storage areas, organization systems, and inventory cycles
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding, equipment setup, and first-day logistics
  • Maintain personnel and asset documentation
  • Support day-to-day team needs as a dependable internal point of contact
  • Track shift coverage, asset utilization, inventory levels, and compliance deadlines
  • Provide timely updates and structured documentation to leadership
