Think of yourself as the operational heartbeat of the branch. You’ll work side-by-side with the Branch Manager, Sales team, clients, and workforce to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

• Self-starter who can run with things without constant direction
• Strong communicator who can handle clients and workforce professionally
• Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• High school diploma required
• Willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule and occasional holidays
• Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Supporting early morning dispatch to get crews out the door and onto job sites
• Managing credit, collections, and client accounts
• Processing payroll to ensure our workforce is paid accurately and on time
• Handling invoicing and billing
• Assisting with recruiting and onboarding new workers
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
• Processing new client credit applications
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep the branch moving forward
