General Overview The Office Manager plays a key role ensuring the effective operation of our three offices located in Wayzata and Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Working independently and collaboratively, the Office Manager is entrusted with highly confidential matters related to the operations of our offices and teams. The Office Manager serves as point person for day-to-day landlord relationships, employee and vendor access control, office maintenance, office equipment, and a variety of administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication, organization, project management, and multitasking skills as well as strong attention to detail.
