About The Position

Coordinate and administer general business office activities Supervise branch and office services such as mail and messenger, duplicating, central filing, word processing, faxing, telephone, stationary supplies, order processing and security Maintain high levels of customer service Design more efficient ways of processing work Develop working relationships with vendors Facilitate employee teamwork to meet our customers’ needs Resolve branch-level employee issues
