About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy dental practice. This role requires a strong leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high-performing, patient-focused environment. Requirements

  • Previous dental office experience required
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong knowledge of Endo and Perio terminology and procedures
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with insurance verification, AR, and financial reporting is a plus
  • Proficiency with Open Dental software

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain a productive, efficient provider schedule with minimal gaps
  • Verify dental insurance, manage benefits, and ensure accurate patient estimates
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, collections, and follow-up on outstanding balances
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including scheduling, production, and collections
  • Utilize Open Dental to manage patient records, schedules, billing, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, HIPAA, and company standards
  • Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
