About The Position

Blue Line A/S is a Danish technology company expanding its presence in the United States. As part of this next chapter, the company is establishing its first U.S. office in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is looking for a versatile, self-driven professional to become the day-to-day anchor of its U.S. operations. This is not a traditional Office Manager role. It is a first-hire, many-hats, get-things-done position for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building structure where it does not yet exist. The role works closely with the Sales Director, who visits regularly, and with the operations and supply chain teams at headquarters in Denmark.

Requirements

  • Are self-driven and comfortable working independently
  • Can juggle many tasks and priorities without losing track
  • Bring maturity, reliability and personal robustness
  • Enjoy being the person who makes things run smoothly
  • Are curious about technology, IT, electronics or hardware
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site anchor for the Raleigh office
  • Handle phone calls, visitors, deliveries, and general office coordination
  • Work with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed
  • Create a welcoming, well-run environment for customers, colleagues, and partners
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, order processing, and follow-ups
  • Qualify and route new leads
  • Maintain accurate customer data in ERP and CRM systems
  • Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics with the supply chain team in Denmark
  • Track orders and ensure customers are kept informed
  • Support inventory and documentation as needed
  • Act as the primary local link between the U.S. office and Blue Line headquarters in Denmark
  • Work closely with operations, supply chain, and system support teams (ERP, CRM, onboarding, remote training)
  • Support travel, trade shows, customer visits, and events
  • Step in wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly

Benefits

  • Be part of building Blue Line’s U.S. presence from the ground up
  • Work closely with leadership in both the U.S. and Denmark
  • Enjoy a role with autonomy, variety and visibility
  • Grow with a company that values initiative, curiosity and collaboration
