About The Position

The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations while managing the company’s financial processes. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting and managerial experience who is comfortable handling monthly and year-to-date financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management.

Requirements

  • Prior Office Manager, Accounting, or Managerial experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks
  • Experience preparing financial reports, budgets, and managing cash
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a small-office setting

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations in a small business environment
  • Prepare monthly and year-to-date financial statements
  • Develop and manage annual budgets
  • Manage company cash flow and financial records
  • Utilize Excel and QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial reporting
  • Support leadership with financial insight and operational organization
  • Maintain professionalism and strong communication with staff and clients
