About The Position

Are you an organized and dependable leader with a passion for improving patient care? We’re looking for a dynamic Office Manager to help us run a smooth, efficient, and welcoming medical practice. If you’re excited about working in a healthcare setting, managing teams, and making a real impact on patients' lives, this is the role for you!

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required, with a focus on Secretarial Science, Healthcare, or Business Administration. An Associate’s Degree is great, but we’re also happy to consider candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative or clinic management roles, with solid skills in managing operations, personnel, and finances.
  • A passion for working in a medical office and helping both patients and staff thrive!
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

Nice To Haves

  • The ability to become an EPIC Super User (we’ll help you get there).

Responsibilities

  • Create a Great Patient Experience: You’ll ensure patients can easily get appointments, have quick access to important info, and feel comfortable communicating with their healthcare providers.
  • Streamline Operations: Use technology to help our team work more efficiently and share patient care details in a smooth, coordinated way.
  • Keep the Team Informed: You’ll be the go-to person for updates on operations, policies, and procedures, making sure everyone is on the same page.
  • Lead the Team: Assign tasks to staff to ensure calls are answered quickly, messages are delivered accurately, and everything runs smoothly.
  • Maintain Privacy & Compliance: As our HIPAA Privacy Officer, you’ll help make sure our practice is compliant with privacy regulations and that staff complete necessary training on time.
  • Manage HR Responsibilities: Work closely with the HR team to interview and hire new staff, manage onboarding, and ensure staff are up-to-date with policies.
  • Support Practice Accreditation: If applicable, you’ll help maintain our standards for PCMH (Patient-Centered Medical Home) accreditation.
