About The Position

Fink's Jewelers is seeking an exceptional full-time Office Manager for our new flagship store at the corner of N. Gayton Road and W. Broad Street in Richmond, VA. We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated professional who is extremely organized and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively while supporting daily store operations. Qualified candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Internet Explorer, and possess outstanding customer service skills. A high level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail is essential for success in this role. We offer favorable retail hours Monday-Saturday and closed on Sundays. Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supporting the sales activities by performing all the functions needed on the POS system, such as ringing various sales, layaways, and special orders.
  • Generate and maintain client records and files, special order, and layaway files.
  • Process in-coming and outgoing transfers according to corporate policy and procedures to ensure Inventory control.
  • Prepare packages and paperwork for outgoing mail or shipment.
  • Process and distribute incoming mail.
  • Accept and process products for repair. Communicate estimates to customers, follow up on completion and ship dates, and notify customers of repair completion.
  • Respond to customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.
  • Utilize company ERP software to research transactions.
  • All other duties as assigned.
