DGA is a 175-person architecture firm with offices in Mountain View, Sacramento, San Diego and San Francisco. Since 1995, we have specialized in architecture, interiors and planning for the life sciences, higher education, healthcare, and mission critical sectors. Our San Francisco office is a fast-paced hub (do we want to tell them that SF is about 40 people) that requires a unique hybrid of high-level administrative precision and proactive office hospitality. We are looking for an Office Manager who views "no task as too small and no contract as too complex." You will be the face of the firm for clients and the backbone of the office for our architects. This isn't a "sit-and-wait" reception role. You will balance two distinct worlds: Project & Contract Administration: You will act as a technical resource, assisting with the preparation of AIA Contract Documents, detailed contract completion and staffing reports. Office Stewardship & Hospitality: You will take personal pride in the physical environment—ensuring the "client-ready" state of the office by managing everything from snack inventory to kitchen maintenance.
