About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while supporting staff and leadership. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, high-functioning workplace environment while ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors while also supporting internal teams through coordination, logistics, and administrative support. You will work closely with the Senior Office Manager to support day-to-day workplace operations and create a seamless, engaging in-office experience that enhances company culture helps make the office a place people genuinely enjoy.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 4-5+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, professional office environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Expense Management or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills and follow-through
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming reception area
  • Manage visitor check-in, badging, and compliance to security protocols
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and company events
  • Arrange catering for company meetings and team events
  • Help coordinate logistics for executive or large team offsite events
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and positive workspace
  • Manage vendor relationships and office logistics
  • Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and package distribution
  • Coordinate office maintenance and general upkeep
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general clerical tasks
  • Assist with expense tracking and basic bookkeeping
  • Support ad hoc projects across teams
