Office Manager Description Position Summary: This role will ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This role will support the work of management and other staff.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Five years of experience in office administration
  • Office management experience
  • Financial Reporting
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • ERP management: Responsible for managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which include managing inventory, tracking orders managing customer date, and ensuring that all the data is accurate and up to date.
  • Reporting: Responsible for preparing and submitting all reports required by management, such as financial reports, sales reports, inventory reports, completing and maintaining all necessary paperwork.
  • Customer Service: Responsible for ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Billing: Responsible for managing the billing process, including creating invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Pricing Strategies: Responsible for working with Regional Leadership on implementation on price increases or decreases and the execution within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Office Staff: Responsible for managing and supervising the office staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees. You will also be responsible for monitoring employee performance and providing feedback as needed.
  • Follows and enforces all regulations and procedures.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you may also be responsible for other tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating office events, and managing vendor relationships, etc.
