The Office Manager will support Disguise’s Atlanta office day-to-day functions and provide employees, guests, and customers with an amazing experience. You’ll be the heartbeat of our office—keeping operations tight, the space welcoming, and the team supported as we grow. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in office management, customer service, or hospitality
  • Experience building out a positive office culture
  • Proven experience coordinating office meetings, calendars, and internal events - including managing external suppliers and facilities (such as lunch, office supplies, social events)
  • Experience greeting and hosting external visitors in the office in a friendly and professional manner
  • Experience managing external vendors, and services (ie. maintenance, cleaning, deliveries)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the office so everything runs seamlessly
  • Be the go-to person for office needs, questions, and problem-solving
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and services (IT, maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
  • Help create a positive, well-organized, and fun office environment.
  • Ensure the Atlanta office "feels" like a global company while also celebrating local Atlanta culture (e.g., local coffee, community involvement, or regional events).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding (workspace setup, tools, access, swag) and company events
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal events
  • Preparing Stage in the Disguise Experience Center (DEC)
  • Serve as the local host for visiting customers and global teams from the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, managing end-to-end hospitality, local logistics, and onsite experiences.
  • Ensure the DEC is prepared at all times by coordinating with technical teams to facilitate impromptu tours or demos.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to book DEC time, and coordinate all necessary teams and supplies to facilitate its uses, such as demos, lunch & learns, MasterClasses, trainings, social events and more.
  • Act as the central hub for the Atlanta office by partnering with Service Center and Support teams to lead the logistical setup for client workshops and hardware upgrades, ensuring the facility is always event-ready.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office safety; develop and maintain emergency protocols (fire, first aid) and manage secure access control for visitors and staff.
  • Oversee the local operational budget, tracking spend on office supplies and hospitality, while sourcing and negotiating with local vendors to ensure high-quality service and value.
  • Manage the daily flow of shipping and receiving, ensuring sensitive hardware and customer materials are handled with care and high-value office assets are properly tracked.
