About The Position

5-Star Refrigeration is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our Brooksville office. This role is essential to keeping our office running efficiently while supporting leadership and staff across administrative, accounting, and operational functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and leadership skills who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and positive workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in office management, administration, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office software applications.
  • Experience with basic accounting processes, including AP/AR and expense tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with workplace safety procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, including administrative functions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general office coordination.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures, including responsibilities related to HR administration, payroll coordination, and accounting support.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events for staff and leadership.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and team members, including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination.
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including coordinating services and assisting with contract oversight.
  • Help maintain a safe and organized workplace by supporting company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and reporting for leadership.
  • Foster positive relationships with staff, clients, and business partners.
  • Provide guidance and support to administrative staff, including training and workflow coordination.
