About The Position

Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as an Office Manager for our busy, Needham-based Early Intervention program serving children birth to three years old and their families! In this vital position, the Office Manager will: assist the Director and management team in supporting all aspects of the administrative functions required for the efficient and safe operation of the program develop and maintain procedures to ensure clinical team members receive administrative support to ensure high-quality care of those served oversee the support staff of the EI program site and support the coordination of communications with the administrative offices in Dedham for third party and contract billing maintain systems for the accurate and timely management of EICS (Early Intervention Client System) data oversee and navigate multiple technology systems concurrently (e.g., scheduling, billing, communication platforms), streamlining workflows and supporting operational efficiency Schedule: 40 hours, Monday through Friday (hours flexible) in-office during onboarding period; hybrid schedule following initial in-office onboarding period (generally 3 days in-office/2 days remote each week) Rate: $28.05/hour Why You'll Love Riverside We make a true difference in people’s lives through rewarding work. Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • High School diploma required
  • At least one-year supervisory experience in a similar setting
  • Three years administrative experience
