A day in the life. As our Office Manager on the Administration team, you’ll oversee administrative and facilities’ related needs of the office. You will also provide event planning support for our internal and external All Employee Meetings and Charity events. Our future colleague. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required Previous experience in facilities or office management experience preferred as is supervisory and project management experience. Strong communication skills; verbal, written and telephone. Well organized, dependable and team-oriented with the ability to prioritize and work effectively with all departments. Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency. Comfortable working at a varying pace, adjusting priorities often and managing frequent interruptions. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
