Payroll & HR: Managing payroll processing, maintaining confidential personnel files, and coordinating employee benefits like health and life insurance. Accounts Payable: Managing invoicing procedures and processing accounts payable each month. Inventory Control: Reconciling vehicle inventory schedules, floor plan payoffs, and managing manufacturer incentives or rebates. Compliance: Ensuring the dealership remains compliant with federal and state regulations, tax reporting, and internal audits. Staff Supervision: Hiring, training, and mentoring administrative staff such as receptionists, cashiers, and accounting clerks.
