About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity within the workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing customer service representatives , and supporting company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of office administration or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manager office operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee the scheduling, workflow, and task assignments of customer service representatives.
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
  • Monitor and improve administrative procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Serve as a point of contact between employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained within the office.
  • Monitor office budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist with invoicing, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety procedures.
