About The Position

Presidio Office Manager will manage the day to operations of multiple offices. Everything from visitors to meetings in a fast pace technology focused company. This role is onsite at our Headquarters in New York City Monday – Thursday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or hospitality experience
  • 2+ years relevant work experience in a fast paced, corporate setting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook a must
  • Exercises independent judgement in the completion of tasks and overall works with little supervision
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Must be highly dependable, possess strong planning and organizational skills and have keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with ever evolving technology and guiding visitors on how to use it.
  • Curious nature and the hunger to learn new things in a technology focused organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains relationships with building management services, vendors, caterers, IT, HR, and other Presidio groups.
  • Manages all aspects of the office including, but not limited to, office maintenance, ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Initiates facility repair requests with building management and/or outside vendors and follows up through completion.
  • Serves as office ambassador to employees and visitors at the front desk.
  • Responsible for setting up/breaking down large meetings, ordering catering for meetings, helping to organize employee events, restocking kitchen/pantry areas and ensuring it stays organized and clean.
  • Internal support of travel and expenses.
  • Other various administrative tasks, as deemed necessary to maintain the office and culture.
