We’re looking for a friendly and organized Office Manager to help keep our clinic running smoothly. You’ll be the first smiling face our patients see and the person who helps make their visits easy and stress-free. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Able to use phones, computers, and office machines.
  • Someone who cares about patients and likes being part of a team.
  • Good at talking with people and staying calm when things get busy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an office or clinic is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients when they arrive and help them check in.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
  • Make sure patient files and insurance papers are correct and up to date.
  • Help send bills, check payments, and keep records organized.
  • Talk with patients, therapists, and doctors to make sure everyone has what they need.
  • Keep the front office clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
  • Help with other small office tasks when needed.
