Requirements

  • Leadership experience in healthcare or clinical operations
  • Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with scheduling systems, EMR/PM platforms, and basic financial management

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction to clinical and administrative staff
  • Partner with HR and the Operations Director to maintain target staffing levels through proactive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Anticipate hiring needs related to growth, leaves of absence, and turnover
  • Lead daily huddles and regular staff meetings to align teams, reinforce priorities, and promote engagement and recognition
  • Foster a positive, patient-centered culture grounded in accountability, communication, and continuous improvement
  • Address performance concerns through timely coaching, documentation, and disciplinary processes in partnership with HR
  • Conduct structured evaluations for new hires with input from team leads
  • Manage clinic scheduling using Amion, ensuring appropriate coverage, equitable PTO distribution, and responsiveness to patient volume
  • Monitor operating expenses, labor utilization, and financial performance; implement corrective actions as needed
  • Oversee payroll approvals, timekeeping, bonus tracking, and reimbursement processes
  • Serve as the escalation point for patient concerns, billing questions, and service issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution
  • Maintain strong relationships with community partners, including pediatricians, hospitals, and emergency services
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards, records management, and facility operations
  • Participate in administrative on-call coverage, including weekends, as assigned
