About The Position

Performs various administrative, clerical, and miscellaneous office service duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Minimum of one years’ experience in clerical or administrative support position
  • Good computer/keyboarding skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • In a normal day, this position requires 1-4 hours standing and walking.
  • In a normal day, the employee must be able to sit for 7+ hours.
  • In a normal day, the employee must be able to drive 1-4 hours.
  • Employee must be able to lift/carry up to 10 lbs. maximum; occasionally carry small objects.
  • The employee must be able to use his/her upper extremities for reparative simple grasping and fine manipulation.
  • In this position, employee occasionally (0-33%) must be able to bend at waist, squat the knees, climb (including ladders), reach above shoulders, kneel, crawl, use feet (foot controls), and/or work at heights above 6 feet.

Responsibilities

  • Processes all incoming and outgoing inter-office mail. Distributes packages internally
  • Maintains office supplies. Distributes supplies when delivered
  • Maintains and updates the schedules for the conference rooms
  • Prepares offices for new team members
  • Organizes and maintains files
  • Updates and maintains conference room schedules
  • Supports the marketing department with copying, proposal requirements, etc.
  • Provides administrative support to Senior Vice President and other department leaders
  • Maintains company archives/arranges for pick up and off-site storage of materials
  • Maintains vendor credentials
  • Participates in sponsorships and events
  • Coordinates facility maintenance
  • Schedules PPA/PRM meetings for project teams
  • Facilitates monthly regional meeting
  • Coordinates with IT on new hires’ equipment
  • Serves as the point of contact for visiting clients, vendors, and new hires
  • Assists with proposals/presentations for region
  • Coordinates and manages regional event sponsorships/fundraising
  • Coordinates and manages events for client/project team
