About The Position

Performs various administrative, clerical, and miscellaneous office service duties as assigned. How You’ll Contribute: Processes all incoming and outgoing inter-office mail. Distributes packages internally Maintains office supplies. Distributes supplies when delivered Maintains and updates the schedules for the conference rooms Prepares offices for new team members Organizes and maintains files Updates and maintains conference room schedules Supports the marketing department with copying, proposal requirements, etc. Provides administrative support to Senior Vice President and other department leaders Maintains company archives/arranges for pick up and off-site storage of materials Maintains vendor credentials Participates in sponsorships and events Coordinates facility maintenance Schedules PPA/PRM meetings for project teams Facilitates monthly regional meeting Coordinates with IT on new hires’ equipment Serves as the point of contact for visiting clients, vendors, and new hires Assists with proposals/presentations for region Coordinates and manages regional event sponsorships/fundraising Coordinates and manages events for client/project team

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Minimum of one years’ experience in clerical or administrative support position
  • Good computer/keyboarding skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
