This role serves as a trusted administrative partner to the CEO while ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally each day. This role may be a strong fit for professionals with experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Corporate Administrator. The ideal candidate brings a high level of organization, judgment, and professionalism, with the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving environment and help leadership operate efficiently. What You’ll Do This position blends executive support with office operations and coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic environment. Executive Support You will serve as a trusted administrative partner to the CEO, helping manage priorities, schedules, and logistics across multiple locations. This includes coordinating a complex calendar, anticipating scheduling conflicts, preparing meeting materials, and arranging travel. You’ll also help manage the flow of meetings and communications to ensure the CEO’s time is aligned with company priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Office Management & Operations You will also help ensure the corporate office runs smoothly and remains a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This includes coordinating day-to-day office logistics such as mail and packages, managing office supplies and shared spaces, supporting building and security vendors, and helping prepare the office for meetings and guests. You may also assist with special projects, cross-company administrative coordination, and office culture initiatives that help keep our team connected.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in executive administration, office management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership and managing executive calendars
  • Excellent communicator who can maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • A go-getter with great attention to detail and strong computer skills
  • All candidates must possess a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
