Requirements

  • Equivalent of an Associates Degree in a related field is required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Nice To Haves

  • Three years of medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Position reports to the Manager or designee.
  • Provide clerical support to Anesthesia department leaders.
  • Specific tasks include, but are not limited to: Data entry, filing, creating documents and presentation, QGenda and Kronos scheduling/timekeeping, processing invoices, licensures and CME payments, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, scheduling conference rooms, answering phones and other duties as assigned.
