We are seeking an Office Manager to join our independently owned and operated national agency. We are scheduling interviews immediately for this position.

Requirements

  • Experience - 2 + years of office management experience with 2+ years experience in the home care field preferred
  • Education - High school diploma; Associates or Bachelors preferred
  • Skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, relationship building, strong organizational skills
  • Characteristics - This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with quickbooks helpful but not necessary
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat and GMail.

Responsibilities

  • Client and vendor billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Back-up for weekly payroll, and other ancillary office duties.
  • Responsible for processing billing for private pay clients, sending out billing, receiving payments, following up to receive payments. Process claims and monitor payments, post payments.
  • Schedule caregivers with clients in AxisCare.
  • Must be articulate and be able to prioritize duties.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
