About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Office Manager to run our Rochester location. This is a hands-on, independent role where you will manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate installations, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and installers. You will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, ensuring jobs are ready for install, and delivering a great customer experience from first call to final completion.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the office
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and scheduling

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems or office management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming calls (service, new leads, scheduling, customer questions)
  • Schedule in-home sales appointments and installation dates
  • Coordinate daily install schedule and ensure jobs are fully prepared for installers
  • Receive and organize product deliveries for upcoming installs
  • Maintain accurate customer records and job statuses in CRM
  • Communicate with customers on timelines, service needs, and updates
  • Resolve customer issues and follow through to completion
  • Keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly day-to-day
