About The Position

The Office Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing the daily functions of the office. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and organized environment. The Office Manager handles internal logistics, vendor coordination, inventory control, and supports internal departments with scheduling and operational continuity. The role requires a proactive approach to facilities management, workplace procedures, and office policy enforcement. As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these include, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), staying focused on the assigned tasks, and completing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years' experience in office management or administrative support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree or higher
  • Experience in a government contracting or cleared environment
  • Knowledge of office safety and federal operational compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as central point of contact for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and errands
  • Organize and schedule meetings, company appointments, and executive calendars
  • Provide general administrative support and visitor coordination
  • Maintain kitchen, conference room, and shared office areas
  • Enforce building security protocols and access control procedures
  • Manage relationships and contracts with vendors and service providers
  • Support facility operations including equipment coordination with IT
  • Oversee documentation and presentation preparation for internal functions
  • Maintain office policies, inventory control, and procedural documentation
