About The Position

Sodexo HealthCare is seeking an Office Manager 1 for Greater Baltimore Medical Center, located in Towson, MD. The 245 licensed bed facility (acute and sub-acute care) is located on a beautiful suburban campus that handles more than 23,000 admissions and over 52,000 emergency room visits annually. Since its founding in 1965, GBMC HealthCare’s accomplishments have validated the vision of GBMC’s founders to combine the best of community and university-level medicine. We are looking for candidates who can: Assist with new employee on-boarding Employee Payroll Quality assurance for compliance with regulations Financial reporting as required for multi-service business unit

Requirements

  • fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • detailed oriented, flexible, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • excellent organization, communication and project management skills
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
